Primary Meeting Planner - WM Symposia, Inc. is seeking a Primary Meeting Planner supporting the Director of Meetings and managing the seasonal intern (December – March). General Planner responsibilities include, but not limited to: Hotel and vendor contracting, venue/site selection, housing/hotel block management, management of food & beverage, ICW meetings, audio visual/internet, website management, mobile app and social media management, creation of marketing pieces, overall meeting/conference logistics.
